Are you a yes girl?

Has this one word caused you more than it's worth? we all undergone sleepless night, exhaustion, worry, loss of control, resentment, anger, and stress caused unnecessarily because we can't say NO...

You are talking to a woman who has always been somewhat of the "yes" girl. All of my life I have had trouble with the word no. I feel like I don't want to hurt feelings of people. I am afraid that someone won't like me or be mad at me. Over the years I have exercised my right to say no and it hasn't hurt me much. My husband tells me I need to say no once in a while. It could cause stress and exhaustion in my opinion.
