I am going to give one superstar per sport, because it is hard to compare players from different sports.
Basketball- Michael Jordan. Nobody even comes close to MJ himself. Six championships, third in scoring- hes the man.
Football- Brett Favre. yes, I may be bringing on the praise to one of my favorite players, but despite the situation this year, he is the man who holds almost every single passing record in the game, plus he took the Packers to a Super Bowl victory.
Baseball- Hank Aaron. He did it the right way, never cheated, went against the odds. And he is the Home Run King (in my mind). Bonds cheated, and he doesn't deserve the record.
Hockey- Wayne Gretzky. Nobody else is even good when compared to the great one.
Soccer- Pele. Nobody was as exciting of a player as Pele. He is by far the greatest to ever play the beautiful game.

To be honest it is difficult to compare people within the same sport but playing different positions.
For example: Football - Barry Sanders vs Brett Favre, how do you compare a QB with a RB?or
Hockey - Wayne Gretzky vs Bobby Orr, how do you compare the two? How does a defenseman become a scoring leader? Ask Bobby Orr... he did it twice! Meanwhile Gretzky was so good they had to change the rules of the game to make if fair for the other teams!Perhaps the best example is boxing
Most people would believe that Ali was the greatest (I am not one of them)
But I will use him as an example. Ali destroyed George Foreman... no problem. Yet had a horrible time against Joe Frazer. But Joe Frazer got stomped by Foreman everytime they faught. It is a case where boxers excel against punchers, punchers excel against swarmers and swarmers excel against boxers.

My favorite star was Madonna in the late 80's and early 90's. She was so cool and could care less what anyone thinks. She was single and still wild.During this time she made some great music and a few good films. I liked the maddona I saw in Truth Or Dare.These days I don't know her anymore.

hi superman my all time favortie superstars are Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan. I always loved watching Michael leap to catch the basket ball,he would actually hang in the air for a few seconds. also I much admire Kobe Bryant and the way he could rack up
points for his team in the clutches. I love them both.

there are a lot of them but from your list i would say maradona ... why? ... becouse he was the only man who scored a goal in football (soccer) with his hand and that goal was counted as valid goal ... this could do only maradona and nobody else :P

My favorite superstar was Dale Earnhardt. That man had more guts & tuffness than anyone I have ever seen. It's to bad he had to get killed because I miss that black "3" rolling around the track. The Imtimnator will live on in our hearts.
