Hi all
Are there some people here that work out ?
Can they give me some advice or some tips on how to train correct ?
Or do u know some exercices that I can do with dumbbells that will make me big instantly xD or just other excercices that can help me get some more muscles :)

There are many exercises you can do with dumbells. Start with the larger muscles (chest, back, legs, abs), do push ups for your chest, 1-arm rows for your back, squats and lunges for your legs (while holding weights). Then do overhead (shoulder) presses, tricep extensions, and bicep curls. Do each exercise slowly(2-3 seconds up, 4 seconds down). Then do ab crunches and reverse crunches on the floor.
You can probably find videos on YouTube on how to do the exercises properly. Remember: Being consistant and doing the exercises properly are much more important than how much weight you lift.
