Which public transport is more convenient to you-In my country, there are no working trains but buses and taxis. People also get about using motocycle taxis called BOda-Boda in Nigeria they are called Okada-it is very effective in traffic jam situations-what is your most prefered public transport?

I would prefer my own car with a lifetime supply of gas. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford such a luxury at this time.lol I prefer the bus as a means of transportation. Its affordable and convenient for me. The bus comes right out front of my house. I used to like cabs but they are so darn expensive. With the gas prices being what they are, cabs are not an option. I think I have to keep on busin for now. dl

I bet if I got one of those, I could make a fortune. Maybe I could even get one of those bikes that pull the carriages. lol Anything to save money on gas. or to make a few extra bucks. dl

Buses and trains are the public means of transport in our country.. It is said that more than 10 million people commute daily by trains in our country.. it is some what cheaper when compared to bus fares.javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$cphMainContent$lbStart','')

My most preferred public transport is the subway. It is fast, very clean in the morning; unfortunately it gets dirty later on because people are so careless. The stops are called out in advance and there are route maps posted in every car. It is also air-conditioned and clima-controlled which is very nice in the summer. Most stations also have little tuck shops where you can buy bottled drinks, snacks and newspapers. Some stations have public toilets; some stations are accessible by wheelchairs. In contrast the streetcars are not air-conditioned and the older buses are not either.

We do not have any kind of public transport in my area. We live out in the country and there isn;t anything like that here. We do have it in town though. We usually just use our car for transportation to and from places. I prefer that anyway.
