If you are a chocolate lover and don't eat it for the sole purpose that you think it gives you pimples, you would be wrong. Chocolate combined with stress is the cause of your breakouts. Individuals that have a happier attitude while they eat chocolate will be less likely to get them. Why? Do you know?

If only you have oily skin and if you eat too much chocolate the fats might cause breakout. Plus chocolate is a heatty food. You have to drink lots of water after eating too much.

I don tthink chocolate has ever been proven to be conclusively the culprit in acne or pimples in fact I think that most of it has been proven to be false. I'm not sure any foods really casue or aggravate pimples if there were some I would think it would be fried foods. They are the culprit in alot of problems with the body.
