Yes, it is true. Bill Clinton, as a popular former democratic President will speak at the democratic nominating convention. Some think this is a draft of his intended speech. http://www.scrappleface.com/?p=3039 I say the author of this satire skewered Bill Clinton, the democratic party, Obama, and the whole political process. That was funny, but I do wonder about Hillary's estrogen count. That was a very good point! I had to book mark this site! It is great! this was a good one too - New York Gets Favre, Trades Hillary to GOP.

The man from Hope will speak for the man of hope, what a pairing! If Obama is planning on having Bill helping him out he will be without hope.

I suspect the underlying 'sub text' of Bill Clinton's speech is exactly the same as this satire. That's what makes it funny.
