records of discussions?

Does myLot keep records of our discussions? I wonder whether, somewhere, someone is in charge of making sure that everything is recorded and analyzed. It would probably be the world's most boring, yet fascinating job. Boredom has to set in when particular subjects are repeated ad nauseum, but how wonderful to read what everyone has to say about everything.
I just re-read this and I realized it seems to say I hope someone is keeping track. On the contrary, when I heard that Google keeps records of everyone who goes to their sites and what they do there, I stopped using Google. I have nothing to hide; it just smacks of spying.
Would you want to keep records of us all? Would you want to know the statistics?

yes even in mylot people check each and every post posted by us they even delete objectionable matter and i found that one of my post in which i posted my referral link was deleted by mylot recently.
each and every site keeps an eye what all their members do.
so do you stop using internet??????

When discussions are deleted, it's done by a program set to react to certain words or images. That's why they can be deleted for a typo or a misspelling. If someone were reading the posts, they'd see that it's not the "bad" word, but a simple error. The rules are clearly spelled out for us all, andit's not that hard to program the system to pick up on violations. A human doesn't have to take part in it once the program has been set.
Your number of posts shows that you're a newbie. Welcome! Have you learned the dos and don'ts, so you can avoid discussions being deleted?

what is the need for one person to do all the job
for just a forum which has 30 member there r two admin and 3 moderators maintaining it and i am one of the moderator there...... heee
there will be a lot of network managing this job and dont say that it is completely manual. it will be both combined.......

i am angry on mylot and i am thinking of leaving this.,....
we cant even make reasonable money here for the time we spend.........

We don't make a bundle. This isn't the place to becoming an instant millionaire. But we don't have discussions deleted if they follow the rules. Once in a while, someone els's post can cause a problem, and everyone involved in quite a long discussion will have their post deletet. Maybe you just need to get used to us!
