I too was losing my hair. I went to the doctor for an ear infection and he asked me how long my hair had been falling out. He then asked if I had ever had a thyroid test. I let him take a blood test and a few days later he called me and said I have an underactive thyroid and needed meds. After I started the meds alot of my hair grew back.

Hello, Hair loss is a common disease now a dayus.it may so happen when you are deficient in calcium or due to dandruff.in any case you wash the hair with anti-dandruff shampoo and massage almond oil on the head.almond oil when massaged in to the scalp is a perfect cure for dandruff and keeps the hair manageable.you can even eat 30 gr of almond daily.almonds are abundant in phosphorous, potassium, manganese, protien and vitamin E which will protect your bones, teeth and hair. thanx.

Broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, spinach, all root vegetables, asparagus, dark green leafy vegetables, squashes and gourds, sweet potatoes, nuts, beans, and so many more things will help you achieve the best possible health. The problem may not be dietary, however. A good doctor could tell you how to deal with some of the other possible causes of baldness. Good luck!
