To battle global warming

Hi snakequeen You are absolutely right. But I would like to tell you that if we can't improve our consciousness, nothing can stop us from all those things which are responsible for global warming. 1.Let awareness allows the international leaders to make a law to reduce the harmful gas emission from big industrial plants. 2. Let warriors/terrorists/international leaders stop using dangerous weapons to achieve any holy/unholy/reasonable target. 3. Let building promoters understand that cutting off trees for financial gains will only be harmful for their next generation.

I agree with you on all counts except for the one about not cutting down any more trees. We need trees and, in the U.S., the logging industry replants areas that have been cut so that new trees replace the lost ones. Wood is a renewable resource. I also very strongly believe that we need to get away from the overuse of plastic, which has skyrocketed in recent years, especially with the sudden popularity of bottled water. I think that everyone needs to be concerned for our environment and should do whatever they can to conserve resources.
