Marriage separation or divorce is extremely hard, you will weather it. But, as hard as it is to be positive and focusing on life healthy. Do you know what kinds life healthy after divorce? Can you help me?

First of all you don't want to jump into another relationship. You need to take time to focus on yourself and to adjust to your new lifestyle. You should keep busy with work, friends and family and, if you are feeling very down or depressed, seek the help of a counselor to help you. Pay attention to your diet as poor eating habits can make you feel mentally bad as well as physically bad. If you have spare time and want to meet people (both men and women) try signing up for an activity that you enjoy, whether that is working out, taking a class or any kind of regular social activity. A healthy person is a well rounded person who has interests and who takes care of himself. Most of all, take it one day at a time and have a support system to turn to when you need it.
