What fruit can help you lose weight?

I want to trim down a bit, any suggestion of fruits that will help? at least this is one healthy way to be trim...

Not fruits, but cucumber and celery burn more calories to consume than they provide, think lettuce is the same. So if you switch out any unhealthy snacks and replace them with these that should help.

Well to me being that all fruit is good for you, i would say that there isn't one in particular that i would tell you to eat. But i do know that fresh fruit is much mroe healthy for you than canned fruit is. Canned fruit has a lot of sugar and preservatives added to it, to keep it fresh. So i would just stick with the fresh fruit and have a ball. Good Luck!

Fruits can do wonders. I am not much known about losing weight by having fruits. But i will tell an effective way to trim weight. 1-2 table spoon of honey mix with water of glass. Drink before you go to bed. Its real one. Just do this for 2 months. Thanks

apple fruit is more conducive to help you lose weight and advised by doctor.

Stay away from fruits, stay away from sugar, potatoes, pasta, rice and anything else with carbs in it. Try to lower your intake of carbs and you will trim down. There are little or no carbs in sugar free stuff, meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese and many other things.

fruits are very healthy. Here are some low calorie: 1/2 grapefruit (use Splenda or Equal to sweeten) - 35 calories - 3 medium apricots - 51 calories - 1 cup cantaloupe - 55 calories - 1/2 cup of cherries - 37 calories - 1 cup of cranberries - 45 calories - 1 cup of grapes - 55 calories - 1 medium guava - 45 calories - 1 cup of honeydew melon - 60 calories - 1/2 papaya (about 5 1/2 ounces) 60 calories - 1 medium peach - 40 calories
