Pay to search, does it pay???

Are you talking about scour.com? They are paying each one who uses scour.com in searching. They will give you 1 point for every search, 2 points for vote and 3 points for comments. They will give you $25 if you would reach 6500 points (where 500 points is the maximum allowable points each day) through paypal or VISA Cash Gift.I dont know if it is true or scam. On their blog http://blog.scour.com/ , it is being said there that they have releases their first payment to Peter Yu. I was a victim of this. Last 3rd week of july, I registered their site. I do all the searches, voting and comments. I reached 8748 as of last week. http://scour.com/profile/points/ I sent them emails what to do next. It was last week when I sent them emails and until now, they dont make any reply. I am asking them how can I get my earning, and why do they dont includes me of the top scorer even though I got 8748 and that time I must be on top 6. I tried to make coment on their blogs but always on moderation and being not posted. I hate that site from now on. They give me false hope. Not only me who was victimed by this site.
