Yeah for me!!

I have started today with a bang I have done all but one of my strength training exercises and need to do the last one then stretch and find a cardio for today. As some of you know I am trying to get back in shape (well a shape other than a circle or round lol) and today is my first day. I am feeling better already. thanks to all those who are encouraging me along this journey back to health.

Do some of those for me while you are at it okay? I am so tired. I need to go take a nap, but if you could get the exercises out of the way for me that would be cool. Seriously, good job getting your strength training done already today.
