One item you won't buy

When going to a thrift store is there one item you will not buy??
For me it is underclothes. Like bras and panties. I'm sure they are clean, but I don't like to take the chance. Call me paranoid but oh well. Sometimes I won't buy some of the shoes. If they are in good condition I will buy it for my kids cause I know kids go through shoes like crazy, but I won't buy them if the soles are falling apart or there are holes in it.

The thrift sores here don't take used underclothing any more. Sometimes they will have new underclothing. I don't buy shoes unless they look like they are almost new not even for the kids. Shoes usually conform to the wearer's feet if worn for any period of time. I believe that taking care of the feet too important not to be very careful about shoes. I would rather buy new ones even if the kids do wear them out fast.

Definately underclothes and any type of medicines or skin care items...you just can't be sure that they haven't been tampered with. I don't think I've ever seen actual medicines but I have seen breathing machines, vaporizers, and other things like that. I'd rather get those things new so I know they work properly.

For me I will not buy anything used, especially clothes. I like things to be brand new or nrfb before I will even consider getting them. I guess a lot of it is due to a fear of the unknown and the fact that I can get a much better shelf life out of something new then something that has be used for god only know how long.

i would not buy cloth because the cloth i buy is from rappers official websites.
