Do you feel tired and thirsty? Or do you feel energized and healthy? I could swim forever if I could. But I get thirsty, but not that tired. Swimming really makes me thirsty.

Swimming exercise, can increase the water temperature, air temperature adaptability, enhance physical fitness, a lot of children suffering from asthma through swimming training, enhanced physical and cold defense capability, reducing the number of asthma attacks and even cure asthma.

Swimming makes me hungry. And then ruins all the exercise I just did by making me want to eat whatever I see.

I get hungry after I go swimming. Yes I do get thirsty too. I think swimming takes alot of energy that is why it makes us thirsty and hungry when we are gondw. It does not make me feel tired when I am done though I feel really good when I am done swimming.

I get really tired and drowsy. Moving my arms and legs around works up an appetite!
