I was just answering back to people who wrote in one of my other discussions and this came to my mind. I am person who really knows when I commit a mistake and I tend to be the worst critic of myself. I actually say that to people, you really do not need to tell me I made a mistake, I know it! Who is the worst critic in your life regarding you? Do you tend to criticize yourself for your mistakes?

not all people are lovely people like us.. i have come across many people who are able to criticise others but not themselves ... they believe they are perfect being.. if they are my close friends normally i will tell them "next birthday i buy a mirror for you so that you can see how you look "

Actually I am my worst critic. Then follows my husband. He is very good at it and it really helps to know if what am doing is right or wrong.

The worst critic would tend to be me. Its for the reason, that not everybody else would necessarily know all the mistakes that I have done or all the details for that matter. I would analyse those mistakes to the point where I feel I went wrong and be critical to the extent that I do not do it again.

I am the worst critic of myself that is for sure, all I do in my life I try to go for the most perfect thing I ever did and that is not good because if I see one little defect in sometihing I feel that I need to correct and that takes time.

In my case, it would be my patients that come to see me. They are my ultimate teacher, my source of inspiration and the very reason I have picked this profession to be a practicing doctor soon. I have dedicated my life to such service and if I cannot give the treatment and care that my patients demand me for, then I am definitely not living up to their standards, and whether I like it or not, they are the only one whose criticism at the end really matters.

I would actually say that I would be my own worst critic. That might be a true for a lot of people. I just seem to think that I could be better. I am not always happy with the way that I look. I usually find something to pick apart about myself and run with it. My husband in particularly doesn't like when I say bad things about myself. I suppose he is right. It has just become a force of habit.
