How to earn in Squidoo?

I made a couple of lenses in Squidoo. I got only 5 to 6 visitors. But my earning shows $0. Do we get paid per view? Or its just that we get paid only when some body buys an article from the ads shown on our page? Can some one give me tips to earn in Squidoo....I would really appreciate that.

The better lensrank you lens has the better you will get paid for your lenses. It is important to get lots of visitors to your lenses so that you get a better lensrank. I dont really know anuthing about squidoo so I cant help you unfortunately. I think it might be hard to make money with it, but I am only guessing, I guess some people do OK with it. I am not really sure what sorts of things someone can do to make money with squidoo. I think there are some people on my lot who use it though, so I will be interested in the responses.
