Well happyness can resolve lots of problems in life. if you're strong enough to face them and not to run from them even tho to run looks much more simple, but when that problem comes back it will be twice harder to get over it. And not always happyness can help you pass over problems ant things, i dun wana give you macabre examples but sometimes in life the smiles and the happyness don't work

I don't agree with you on that. Humans have this ego-feeding ability called "pity begging". When we have a problem, instead of smiling and trying to solve it, we just fall into a sad state of whining. This way, people around us will become sympathetic, trying to assist us in our problem. This doesn't apply to greater problems, that's when you should ask for help. But you can still have a smile on your lips and try not to fall into that annoying "whining state".

i know taking life in a happy go lucky attitude will help you to tackle situations but i feel its only if you are problems are small or when a person has not experienced much pain in life. after a point i genuinely feel a human breaks down. he just cant be happy all the time if his problems are not going away or he is not succeeding. i have myself gone through this and my hope and faith both have shattered in this process.

dude i know that problems r difficult 2 handle . there r 2 ways 2 handle them either 2 run away or just face it. if take the first option ur problems will never be solved but if take the second option , no matter how big your problem it will be solved . it really requires courage to face a problem and this courage is provided by remaining happy and cheerful. this my personal expirence.i ve also faced many problems in my life but i will not give up bcoz i know that i will b successful one day..............

In general I try to do this. I guess that the idea of hakunamatata as expressed in the Lion King can really work in life if you apply it. I try to apply it if I experience little setbacks in life. I think it is hard to remain cheerful and happy when you experience really difficult circumstances though. My uncle refuses to have a bad day and that is an attitude I would like to emulate.

I face problems as it comes because if I would let it pass and after sometime it grew I am sure I'll regret for not solving it son as possible. Hakunamatata for me is not necessarily being happy with a smiling face but having the right attitude to face everyday life. Problems are always there and you can not ever satisfy or please everyone but as long as you think you are doing the right thing and you are not hurting others that is alright. Hakunamatata ... don't carry your own problems. I always ask the help of other people when necessary because I believe that we are all here connected to each other to help each other have a meaningful life. Take care hakunamatata!
