Do dreams come true? Do you have beliefs to follow?

I had a bad dream just as i woke up this morning seemingly happening and true. I was too delighted that everything was fine and it was only a dream! What i did was i prayed a lot that it won't ever happen into my life. Do you believe in some rituals to counteract these bad dream? Can you share it with me?

Well I think dreams are just there to let out some experiences that we have experience during our waking hours. So if there are any unresolved problems or happy moments it comes out in dreams. Sometimes it may looked like it has no relation with your wake up experience but it always has connection with your waking up hours. But I doubt if dreams do come true.
