Its good that you shared your views with us and its the best discussion on "relationship" I have come across to. My views about friendship are as same as yours and I believe on this saying:- "A Friend in Need is the Friend Indeed" I have never expected something from my friends. Its there sincerity that they keep up their friendships and if they fail to do so then in my opinion, they get lost in this busy crowded world for me. I am not mean person and don't expect anything from anyone but friends must be there on your side sometimes. Friendship doesn't mean that you have to have fun and go out. Sincerity counts and only that matters.

friendship just do not end there. it is my belief. there are more to it. when you can trust any one with whole heart, can share your good and bad times , it is a friend.

Basically friendship are there to really guide you and be there when you're in trouble. But I find it more acceptable them being around also when things are good and happy too. So I guess both sense are true and should always come hand in hand.

I agree with what you are saying. Before I read your opinion I was one of those that believe that go out and having fun was a way to hang onto friends. To me I do believe that is it a relationship with mutual understanding. But then how is a relationship built? To have a relationship does require for you to spend time with your friends. Not necessarily having fun, going out to parties. But you do need to spend time with them, wouldn't you agree. It is how you build trust and understanding.

Ya its necessary to go out and have fun atleast once in a while. Thats also a part of friendship. Friend is the one with whom we share our happiness and sorrows. Being with them when they are in trouble is such a great thing to do. But we have to be with them in their happiness also. Once in a while going out with friends is definitely necessary.
