Sometimes we get to worry and so exhausted with stress and work. To relieve these, we need to unwind. How do you unwind?

taking a nap - a cat taking a nap
Hi! I play with my pets to unwind. Sometimes I watch TV or listen to good music or read books. But I think the best way to unwind is to take nap heheand rest for a while. Ciao!

Hi there djoyce71! I have several ways of unwinding. During weekends, when my boyfriend and I have enough time to spare, we would go to the beach. We consider the beach as our haven. Or, we would catch a movie preferably a comedy film if any. If none, we would watch DVDs. In the evening, I would grab a good book and stay in the tub for a while.

I listen to music, or take a nap or read for a little while, or go outdoors and just sit and watch my cats run around the yard.

It would be nice to have a yard and sit on a bench, and just relax. Good morning.

I usually like to unwind with a nice cup of hot tea or decaffeinated coffee. Sometimes I like to snack on something or just relax in front of the television for a while with a good comedy. I just like to go to a quiet place sometimes and just collect my thoughts. It helps me to get on with my day and my mind feels a lot clearer.

I pick up a good book, usually a romance/adventure story, get into the bathtub with my spa equipment, and read until I turn into a prune.

If my body is under good situation, Do some sport ,like swimming and playing badminton . If it rains , I will do yoga at home . If I don't feel very well , I only go to park to have a walk and take a deep breath. Or I will stay at home and make a good cup of tea , then I put myself into the sofa and do some reading . And if the work stress is so heavy , I can't undertake it any more .I will go travlling.

Well just looking at the nature makes me unwind. If stressed all I would do is seat in my garden. Look at the plants and the flowers and breath some fresh air. Then close my eyes and pray to thank God for all the wonderful creations. Then, sooner my exhaustion will be gone and my spirit turns alive again.

Yeah!Thats true that we have worries sometimes and theres alot of stress that we are trying to overcome.I've been through alot of these times and i tried to deal with by going to the mall and shop just to take away my worries because this is one of my favorite thing to do.This is one way of cheering up myself.Going to the beach is one thing that would relieve me from feeling worries and stress. The peaceful and calm ocean makes me feel better.

A Bubble bath, debunking of the mind, a good movie to take my mind off of things, a good book if possible. A good stretch, going online, a walk, so long as I get peace.

Especially after a hard day's work, I'd have a warm shower after dinner. Laze around on the sofa or bed, read a book, watch TV or go online. Or do all 3 things at one time. These are the best things I've, to forget the day at work!
