umm...i think no one will forget to breathe...maybe when your medula oblongata( am i right?) malfunction...then..you'll probably..go to heaven...hmm...it won't be happening i think..

I always thought it was an automatic response and that you had to actually think to make yourself stop breathing. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure that is the correct answer

I think I may have forgot to breathe when I sleep.. ? As far as being awake, I don't think I've ever forgotten to breate. Interesting question you have here. :o)
