well i don clearly understand what this means!! can anyone tell what this is??

There is an rss feed on my profile. It is from one of my web sites. I "burned" the feed at http://www.feedburner.com. You can find a lot of information about feeds there. Feed Burner also notifies other rss sites when your feed updates(new content is added) that is called pinging.
