(Jean-Paul Sartre) How true is this for you? Do you have to do things you dont want to and still take responsibility for them?
I think there are probably a number of jobs where the people on the 'frontline' take abuse and hassle for the decisions of others because they are the ones who have to implement those decisions.

Hi friend
Luckily in my job, I was a part of decision making, so I needn't to directly face implementation hassels, but yes, it's just part of the job. Ultimately, the decision makers are the worst sufferers if they make any irrational decision. I have seen few guys, who implemented some really tough decisions very intelligently and managed the situation very well. So again it depends on how you look at the matter. Some times, if the front liner isn't serious, he may have to share a bad experience while implementing even a good decision.
