How true this verse is. Sometimes we act dumb (not on purpose) but because we don't want to embarrass a person. What event in your life did you act dumb because you didn't want to embarrass a family member, a friend or an acquaintance? My friend wore a clown costume to a party conducted in the office. I asked him to change but then, it was late so we were herded to the bus. When people asked me what was the matter with him I acted dumb and said :"I didn't know." What similar experience did you have?

i can't really remember a specific situation. But i know, have done that already. :)

I have done that a few times...sometimes to save someone's grace sometimes so I don't have to share with the boss personal things they would like to know about some of my co workers that is just none of their business! So I do play dumb!

It happened in high school. We are taking a long exam. I let my best friend copy my answer in my test paper. Unfortunately the teacher saw us and I swiftly let my test paper roll down to the floor. My best friend get it from the floor that's when the teacher arrived in our desk. Then she asked me what happened I lied and act dumb. She didn't buy my white lie though. Anyways, she give us a long lecture after wards and punish us for one week cleaning of the entire classroom.
