Ok so for the week or so my right eye has been twitching. It's really starting to bother me cause it will just start and keep it up for a while. I don't know what would cause it cause it's only the one eye. I've done everything from drinking more water to eatting a lot of bananas and it's still twitching. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how'd you get it to stop? Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you so much for the link... I'll try everything they suggest and see if it gets better. I'll give it a week or so and if it doesn't get better I'll go get looked at.

I seriously would try one of the audio tapes for 'self hypnosis'. These really are just a way to teach the skill of super relaxing the body. In the super relaxed state you can learn to put yourself I doubt if a twitch would still function. I've found these 'self hypnosis' tapes to be useful for a variety of things.

yea but I'm not the hypnosis type. I tried having it done a few times by professionals and nothing happened. Mostly cause I can't slow my mind down enough for them to do it or something. Draw back of ADD I guess lol.

It's nerves angel. If you have any kind of pressure or stress in your life, you can get an eye twitch. After my mom passed away, one of my eyes was twitching for over a year. Now everytime I get extremely stressed out, that same eye twitches. That's the only thing I can think of that could cause that, speaking from my own experience. I got rid of it by dealing with my grief and anger and now if I get it, I do something that I know calms me down and relaxes me.
