hallo lijiahui! You know, I was always a person who loved a good home cooked meal. Dont get me wrong, I still do but times are so different. People are always on the move, longer working hours, so much to do. It becomes very convienent to just grab something quick from a deli or a fast food restaurant. Prices doesn't even really matter that much anymore to me about grabbing food on the go because everything has gotten so expensive, it is sometimes cheaper to purchase food off of the "dollar menu" as opposed to cooking a meal at home from scatch! What I do is on days that I know I have alot to do, I will get the family take out. However, when there is time for me, especailly the weekends, my husband or myself will cook a nice home-cooked meal!

people's being on the move/go is one of the request put forward by the currnet times and i also think people have got more and more work to do~~ convenience is probably the main reason why people want to eat outside, and sometimes dont care about the money,as you said. but i think most of them aslo know that eating outside too often is not as good as eating regularly at home, dont they, lol wish you a good day~~

I love to cook and love to eat food that is cooked at home but lately I am so busy and I don't have time to cook food for myself, I don't have much of a choice but go to fastfoods and eat my meal. I know that its not that healthy but I guess its better than instant food. Sigh I wish I could make myself a box of lunch something that I cook, let me see in the next days. I wish you could too...

If you know the art of cooking, its better you cook at home rather than eating them outside. If you are concerned about your health its better to avoid hotel food. But its okay if the hotel/restaurant is a reliable one.But try to avoid those fast food, because it will ruin your health.

thank you for you advice~~~ i dont know much about cooking, not to say the art of cooking~~i can just cook something really simple like fried egg, vegetable, noodles~~~ compared with eating these kinds of things i would choose to eat more in the restaurant~~ but for sure i would take you advice into consideration~~~ all the best
