Funny story, and I also have gone through this situation myself. My landlord installed a new toilet in our apartment and the seat always seemed as if it were cheap and maybe didnt fit right. I went to use it one day and the darn thing made a weird cracking sound then kinda moved to the one side very fast and I nearly fell in! Hmmm. The more I read all the comments, I am recalling alot more toilet issues than the one most recent I wrote about! I too had the "pinching toilet seat". That really hurt. It is quite unfortunate when you must fear using the bathroom because the toilet seat is "biting you" as I would call it! But, for me, I wish it were only my leg getting it!! Great comments!
