Does anyone watch Bobby Flay??

Saturday night there was an episode on where he was having a cook off with these two girls they dish they made was almost like a sandwich looked a bit like a pita
Did anyone see this show and know what it was that they cooked i cant find any info on the site about it.... the first part showed them making the dough ???

I saw him on Friday night I think it was in the Iron Chef cookof but they all made some kind of Duck dishes. He lost to the Japanese chef. I wasnt paying very much attention though. I didnt watch it on Saturday. I was too busy watching the Redskins get creamed by Carolina. What a sad, sad sight. too upset to eat.

Yeah he is a great chef i try to watch him every chance i get and i just love the cook offs he has with different people :)

this was a throwdown with bobby flay.
i watch it at work all the night long !
these are arapeas (sp?) from venezuela.
the "pitas" are soft bread. they cooked beef (i think)
with plantains (bananas).
it's a spicy, sweet mixture that they put into corn-type
pitas.
