Its time for us to get ready for school and my girls are going to go full day from this year. I am confused what to pack in their lunch box cos my girls are very very poor and picky eaters and I used to feed them till now. Can you guys please give me some suggestions for lunch box (only vegetarians)

Carrot stick - or any veggie stick Apples, Grapes or raisins - any fruit that is lunch boxed size will do Soy yogurt Hummus and corn chips Peanut butter & jelly sandwich (or other variant, like banana and peanut butter) leftovers from dinner Organic fruit roll ups Dried fruit or granola mixes (or granola bars) cookies

Those are very great ideas but unfortunately peanut butter is banned in quite a few schools due to the high rate of people who are deathly allergic to it. Anything that is sent to school must have the peanut free stamp on it.

But not at every school. Plus you can always subsitute with Almond Butter (or other nut). Almond Butter is 100 times better than Peanut Butter.

hello my dear, the best thing is make them a andwich & juices for ther lunch box, or rice with vegetables or what your children eat most, except of course food that not good for them.or just think what will be a healthy food for them that they excess to thier body till afternoon.

You can make vegetable noodles. Or try vegetable rolls. soyabean rolls and chillie soya are good options also. you can someday make good fried rice.

thats hard. cause my daughter eats no vegetables. sorry! she wants chicken and beef all the time. she want rice for lunch and sandwiches for snack. i prepare egg sandwich for her sandwich or ham or salami. i do boiled eggs mashed it and mix mayonnaise and a little salt to taste. then spread it in the bread. i always put mayonnaise in hotdogs, ham or salami in a sandwich.

My children choose under my guidance what they are going to put in the lunch boxes. I make the sandwiches and then help them choose, cut up and pack waht else they want. I have two 8 yr old and a 10 yr old

if your children are poor or picky eaters, i would make sure to pack what they DO eat. i'd make a game out of packing their own lunches and let them help you. what is their favorite thing to eat? can you pack that?
