i know that in the older days people didn't take their dogs to get their shots or anything like that and my grandma talks about how long her dogs lived and they always seemed to be healthy and happy but in todays world a lot of people takes their dogs to get their shots, im not saying that its a bad idea but why do people do it now and they didn't do it in the older days and their dogs were good to go back then and never really seemed to have problems, have you ever thought about this, i was just wondering if you take your dog to get shots and if you do do you think that its for the best or are you just following laws? thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all have had a great day and continue to have a great day, thanks again for reading!

Why do people take their kids to get shots? same principle. If you dont take your o the dogs to get shots you are just rolling the dice that they arent going to get sick. Plus if you plan to board them. They are required to have shots so they dont transmit disease to other animals. I think it's good to provide care for dogs that you would want for yourself.
