Nobody can tell me not to hate politicians. I did not elect them, and even if I had, we all know the elections are fixed!

When you vote for someone to be in power, you are placing a certain amount of faith in them to represent your interests as your head of state/president/prime minister etc. People in elected positions of power have a responsibility to act in the best interests of the people who cast their votes to get them where they are today, and unfortunately a lot of the time they let us all down. If we vote for someone because they promise us that they will take responsibility for certain situations and do certain things, and then when they reach power they fail to do these things, we do have a right to complain about this and to dislike them. We also have the right to move to depose them from their position if they continue to fail.

I don't agree with you. I learned a long time ago that a politician will promise you almost anything before the election and then will do what he wants after he is elected. And, just because we're not the ones in office does not mean that we aren't allowed to have an opinion about those we elect to represent us.

Well, sometiems when you vote for them, you have to chose between bad and worse. And in every election, a good amount of people are always disappointed in the outcome. I say, for a politician, you can't please everyone, so do what you think is right, but they really have to work for us and they have to do it well.
