Mystery Solved... My Account has been Hacked :(

So I went to collect my interest for the day today and I realized that my Neopoints balance has went from 3,000,000 down to a measly 45,000 points. I have been hacked :( I haven't done entire inventory to see what all I lost other than 3 million points, but yeah. Ouch. I've been on Neopets for YEARS and never had this happen. I'm pretty heartbroken. Has this ever happened to you? What did you do about it?

Well, it is such a pity... You have spent so much effort on your account and it is hacked. Have you contacted neopets and see if they can help you? Chances are not high but it is worth a try... I haven't been playing it much but I did check in a while back to put my pets into the cockroach towers (lol)... my few measly millions are still there and I suppose my huge display shop is still intact... I really can't stand hackers... taking away your blood and sweat just like that...

It hasn't happened to me, but I have seen it happen to a lot of people and from what I see TNT isn't really all that great at helping. They generally catch and ban the hacker but instead of retrieving your items and points back from that account they just make it all disappear! It makes no sense!

Did you contact TNT? They might be able to reverse what was taken or transfered. If you are going to start over let me know, I'll send you some stuff to help you get back on your feet.

I was hacked before, but I only had a few hundred thousands, so it's okay. I hate hackers. Why don't they just work for themselves?
