hi kukreja I always store my bread in itscovered loaf in my refrigerator and if I have two I freeze one. they keep so much fresher without molding. or gettingstale. I am a bread eater par excellence and know the best ways to storing it properly. lol.

I freeze my bread when I get back from the shops as I have to buy so many loaves of bread. I take a loaf of bread out of the freezer every night and always keep my bread in the fridge, But with five of us bread doesn't really have a chance to go stale in our house.

We actually keep our bread in the refrigerator - it helps to keep it from going stale or moldy. If you have a LOT of bread, you can freeze some of it and then put it in the fridge to replace a used loaf.
