Embarrasment at the drive-through!

Hello all! I was just on the phone with my sister and she had me laughing so hard I was actually crying! She was going through the drive through at a local fast food restaurant yesterday. She was the passengers while her friend was driving and in the backseats were her 5 yr old daughter and her 6 month old son in his carseat. Well, it was very hectic. For some reason she decided to lean across her friends lap to get closer to the drive through window so that she could order her food herself (she thought it would be easier to just say it herself) Anyway, at the same time she's trying to order ,her daughter was in the back shouting out what she wanted over and over again, The baby started crying so she was trying to hand the baby his bottle, through all this commotion she didnt even realize what had happened ro her shirt from all that twisting she did.so she was trying to lean forward and stretch her arm back, well, there was just so much commotion going on that she didnt even notice what had happened to her shirt. That is, until they were checking their food, she noticed that her entire right breast had fallen out of her shirt! She was so embarrased! But she's a real good sport about things like that,and not to much later she was laughing about it. So, what was the most embarrasing thing that had happened to you or someone you know?Please share.
