I got this in my email this morning and thought it had some good tips on cutting some calories out. I have/do use some of the ones listed on this list and they really do work! Do you use any of the ones listed on here? I buy no-fat cream cheese and regular, soften them and mix them together well. You cut out half the calories and it tastes very close to the regular high fat cheese.
