i know someone that wants to loose weight but they dont know what's the best way loose weight.can you suggest something i can pass alone to her ?

First, drinking water in the morning. Also, drinking soap before the meal. In addition, going up and downstairs will be good exercise

I am finding out that portion control is what's it all about. They say that your stomach is only as big as your fist so if you don't eat more then that you will at least maintain your weight....and if you cut back just a little....you will lose.

Regulary exercise and proper diet will do the trick! It will help you keep fit and healthy. It's one way to burn those calories and fats. If your friend doesn't have the time to go to the gym, then I suggest running.. it's also good to run once in a while or try any sports. I heard water sports can easily help you lose weight. Once you're always on the move, you will always burn calories. Stay away from junk food and anything unhealthy. Eat more vegetables, quit drinking or smoking and get enough sleep.

it is very simple tell her to count calories, meaning whatever she takes as food needs to be gone by exercise or soemthing else. She takes 1500 she needs to loose above that or 1600 or more, simple, she will loose it!
