If you could change the World what would you do?

I know we would all do the usual peace in our time, great life for everyone etc etc. But if you where able to be the prime minister / president of the World what practical changes would you make? Here are some of mine Make taxation fair - I would get rid of the current taxation systems in the world all of which charge you a higher percentage level of tax the lower your income and ensure that everyone paid a fair contribution to society based on their ability to pay. Remove taxation on essentials - Most countries now have some form of sales tax - I would remove this tax from essential items - yes I do consider fuel for you car an essential - This is just another form of tax deigned to get the poorest in today's society to pay more. Ensure the fair distribution of food - Everyone must have a minimum level of food and water just to sustain life - we ned to ensure this is available to everyone - no-one in this modern World should ever starve to death.
