In Need Of Killing Mouse

Ok thats it for real! This mouse is seriously pissing me off! I've caught two so far, yeah TWO, and now theres a third one! The first one I caught and took outside and let go and the damn thing ran back to the apartment and through the drier vent, the second one was a baby mouse and got stuck in my bath tub and I put the mouse trap in there and scupped it up, unfortunately this mouse was adorable!! Yes I know I said adorable! It was soooo tiny and fluffy but bad for apartment....I drove it two miles down the road and put it in the grave yard...but this one is smart though its AVOIDING the traps and I did put good food in them....what mouse gets to eat Arby's Roast Beef just to walk into a trap that WON'T KILL them, they get to enjoy the food and be set free 2 miles away.....I'm sorry but I would feel awful if I killed something......but this F N mouse is asking for dramatic measures....lots of mouse traps-the ones that gonna let it run around in mousey heaven.
I'm not waiting any longer for this Stewart Little bull crap.....I hear it sweeking in the morning and now I'm cooking a pizza and I think the mouse is my stove....I don't smell singed hair yet....F N gross! Gagging just thinking about it yuck! I swear if there's a dead mouse in my stove I'm gonna pass out and if any of you tell me that roasted mouse is a delicosy(SP?) in some countries, well give me your address and I'll send it to you to eat....ick. God this makes me not want to eat my pizza and I freaking out thinking about openning the oven.....surely it would be smart enough to run out if it got hot and plus I don't hear it anymore...hmmmmmm?
God this is sooo gross........does anyone have any ideas how to get this stupid mouse out NOW? Whatever it is it can't hurt my kids age 4 and 2......
oh I just heard it again I think its in the top of my stove now! YUCK! Nasty.

They work in gangs, didn't you know this? lol. Do you have any Mighty Mouse cartoons handy? If you do, whack one of these into the DVD player and the little bugger will forget what he is doing and then come out and watch it. You can then grab him and carry him outside. The best way to keep him calm while you are carrying him is to sing the Mighty Mouse theme song while walking - "Here he comes to save the daaaaaaay! Mighty Mouse is on his waaaaaay!" this should keep him relaxed enough until you get out of the house. Good luck!

I hate mice, and am scared of them and do not want them around.
When I was probably eight months pregnant I was living on the third floor attic apartment of my sister's house. I was working a temp job at a hospital, and all day long I was desiring barbque chicken for dinner.
When I got home I prepared my chicken and put it in the oven. I was doing a few things around the apartment, and decided to check on my chicken. Before I got to the oven I heard a noise coming from it, I thought something was loose, I didn't know, well I opened the oven door to check the chicken and a silly mouse came running out. I screamed and headed toward the back door, I actually fell down the stairs and landed in front of my sister's apartment on the second floor. Her husband was not at home, so I stayed with her until he came. He went up stairs and found the half baked mouse. Gross, gross gross. I stayed at my mother's that night.

Well, I think that you are being way too nice to the mice! I have found three also and I have gotten rid of two of them but they are in mousey heaven! I am trying to find the third one but I don't know where it is now. It will be gone as soon as I can get it to go to the trap.
