Do you own a program or are you an Admin?

Are there any program owners or admin of programs on here? I am interested in knowing how easy and how hard it is to keep a program going and what all it takes to keep one going. How expensive it is and if it is easy to get members. Thanks for your input and God bless you!

I am an owner of a blog.. and also a moderator of a blogging forum.. I did not spent any money as of now.. I got my blog for free and being a moderator is not that hard.. you just have to be the lookout to those spammers..
