I Registered at Paypal Just like you Instructed.. BUT!!!!

can we use paypal online!? evn though we have no c.cards!?

if you go for premium account and if you are willing to receive some money then paypal will charge you as per their rule. I wasted 3$ unknowingly.

getting verified with Paypal does take time so when you get your card then continue on getting things verified and such, not sure you needed to go premier I have read on here of people wanting to go back from premier, I am not sure i am premier I think I am just basic and i sell and buy on Ebay, maybe someone else can comment on that...
