Every political party announces.........

I think jobs is good.. that's why raising taxes on businesses (and gas! etc.) is so bad, cause they not only pass on the expense but production goes down, so then there is less jobs.. Of course in the Soviet Union, they tried to make government in control of all things and the provider of all things but all they ended up with is everyone dependant on the government, productivity down as being innovative brought no one any benefit.. so everything collapsed. Also in order for government to provide lots of things, there needs to always be bigger and bigger government then soon you have the government and those dependant on it, but no one left to put money into it and support it. It's a delicate balance.. what gov should do and what they shouldn't do.. when they become a big brother provider,etc, the people become less and less able and creative, etc.. For there to be jobs we need business to be creative and thrive.. (Ideally without lots of waste and pollution.)
