Who all here are cha cha guides? I tried to get into it about a year ago maybe and I couldn't get it to work right for me so I didn't mess with it anymore. But a lady that I know just started doing it so I started thinking about signing up again. Last time something was messed up where I couldn't take the test or whatever it is you have to do before you become a guide. But maybe this time I could get it to work. But I was wondering...how much do you make if you are a guide and how much time do you put into it? And do you like doing it?

I signed up for it. I've done a couple of searches for people and have some money in my account now.

I am and am still a ChaCha guide; I know a lot of people are disappointed with the new payscale, but I have been living with it; it slowed me down quite a bit because I am so worried about making top guide, but I am still making something along the lines of $7-8/hour, which is minimum wage here in California, and since it means not having to leave the house (READ: less gas) and I can work when I want, it works perfectly since I am in Grad school. The new system, though, is a bit choppy right now. I am hoping they are just working to get the kinks out, but we'll see. It's a great "part-time" thing while I am in school though; it won't pay the bills (at least not for me) but it's been a good source of $300-$400 a month in the meanwhile.

How many are you doing per hour to earn that much?

I might check into it again. I just want something to do on the side.

their new system is awful! If you don't meet their standards they cut your pay in half for a week. They don't even give you stats on how they are determining your accuracy. They have a 200 question minimum for top pay, but you can never log in and it's slow if you manage to get in. I used to love it but quit after earning $2 for two hours of hard work.

200 question minimum...you would have to be on there for quite a while to make top pay I guess...huh?
