ESP and paranormal

i am gifted with this so-called ESP thingy. the truth is, i was gifted with vision. aside from ghosts and deja vu, there is one thing that has been bothering me for quite a while now, which will have to wait. ever since i was a kid, i have been sensing things that normal people cant. it was in my teenage years when i was told that my third eye is open, and considering my situation, while some people developed this 'skill', mine seems to be inborn. my parents do not believe in paranormal, so i cant ask them about it without them giving me deep sighs. i used to be the closest to my grandmother and i learned that we share the same thing. so i assumed that maybe, just maybe, i 'got' it from her. i am not the type who is seeing ghosts everyday. along with this gift, i am able to understand a person with just one look. my this one, i consider myself good in psychology. quite a lot of people can testify to that. this is also one of the reasons why someone specifically told me that i am gifted with vision. the other thing, the one i mentioned above, that one that needs to wait, is another reason, but it is something i still dont know if i should share.

Hello flance101... Perhaps I can clarify a couple of things? The "third eye" you speak of, is actually the melding of the two hemispheres of the brain. This is where one's cognitaive sense and one's imaginative sense work in tandom, or...one-self. When the sub-conscious part of the mind is exposed more frequently, it will take presidence over the conscious. That is not to say, that the conscious gets pushed aside. On the contrary. It ENHANCES the subconscious. We are all born with this "gift" of ESP. However, some depend more on the conscious part of themselves, rather than allowing their subconscious part to, "join in" as it were....and this is where sceptasism comes from. With the two parts working TOGETHER, but allowing the sub to be the "controller", then many wonderous things, CAN be beheld. Imagination, IS the key. cdrxo

OK. Here's a mind blower for you. What's the difference between sanity and insanity? Well, first of all, "reality" is man made. This current reality that you are living in, is a representation of a PAST reality. Why? The speed at which light travels, before it bounces off of an object, in turn sending an image to the retina of your eye, where it travels down the optic nerve to the occipital region at the back of your brain. Your brain then interprets "what it sees" and you either have a memory of what that thing was or not. This all takes time. So in an essence, you see things from a "past point of view". Now...your subconscious works in the future. Actually, it overlaps this current reality, looking for a "new" current reality, or a new future's past reality. Are you with me so far? So then, the most insane thing that you can think of, is that "this" reality...this "current reality", is sane.....and it's not. It doesn't exit. That's insane. Work on that one. Anything else? cdrxo
