Two of our cats do the same thing to me at night, thought I've never been hurt by them. No...instead, they walk around on my stomach, and finally perch themselves across my chest. I wake up by not being able to breathe! The reason they do this, is to let me know that it's time for their breakfast feeding. One of the boys weighs 30 pounds. cdrxo

Back atcha Marti. ...same as you, Toronto's weather has been similar to Winchester. The other day was balmy 17c (approx. 64F), but went down to -3c by 9:00pm!Maybe there's some truth to the idea, that the government can manipulate the weather? I'm a small framed person too, and don't mind the weight and the stares so much...it's when my big guy (T.C.) gets the dog and the other cats involved.
