MICROWAVE OVEN, is it safe to use???

Many people nowadays use microwave ovens on a daily basis but they are not magic little ovens which go ping. They are as safe or as dangerous as conventional ovens.
Do u know the required power and cooking time?
Do u read the cooking instructions?
Do u wait for 2 minutes b4 u serve it?
Do u stop coking part way through when cooking liquid or bulky food?

ehsan--e whats unsafe, you read the instructions and follow the recipes, you cook and you check, and you keepoven clean.
No problems as long as you follow the directions about safety and the instuctions for use of microwave andvarious foods.
it is a great time saver, flavor saver, and vitamin saver. heres
