Whats happening with my computer? I need your expertise to get me out of this

O late I have this terrible thing that happens to my computer. First it keeps restarting and second the firefox that I am using is constantly crashing. Firefox keeps asking me to send report which I did but does not seems to solve the problem. Anybody out there who knows the cause of this, please share your knowledge so that I will know whats happening to my sick computer.

i am not an expert with regards to this but let me just try my best though...did you try to scan your computer with anti-virus lately? it might have a virus, from what i know once the computer keeps restarting itself it may have a virus that's corrupting the system..another thing is you might wanna re-install your Firefox..it might had been corrupted reason why it keeps on crashing down..if it doesn't work your computer might have a trojan virus that is crashing your system...that's all i could help..i'm sorry..

I really suspect that the worse of the virus is attacking my computer. I am scanning it everyday but don't seems to improve. I have twice uninstall and reinstall the firefox and doesn't help much. sometimes the screen come out with colourful lines all over which left me no choice but to forcefully shut it off.

does your computer still keeps restarting?regarding problem with the firefox,try to reinstall it or upgrade it to higher version.if does not solve the problem try to consult a technician to know the robelm about the computer for you to resolve it.

Yes, it still keep restarting. I have even install a new fan as I thought it is the fan that is not functioning well. But did not solve the problem. I have reinstall the firefox and got latest version but does not work. I need to look for a technician to fix the problem.

i would like to ask first what do you usually do before it restarts. You should observe first what's triggering your computer to restart. Firefox is crashing because maybe it cannot handle the information it's getting. Are you opening a lot of sites? Are you opening a site which needs java script to operate? There are a lot of possibilities in your problem. I think you should clarify the situation first.

Yes, I have been and used to open several sites before it restarts but now even with mylot alone and no other tabs opened I still face this problem. I might have erased the java script. I don't really understand the internal operation of computers let alone know the computer language that needs to function computers.

Got this problem too, but what I did, I reformat my pc and I haven't installed FF. Lots of my friends got this problem too. Sometimes my OS won't load. I don't really know what cause this upheaval, but thanks my pc is working smoothly now. hope it won't crash again.

if your computer keeps restarting it may not be a virus. I have encountered this problem on a lot of computers that I work on. The problem is that it need to be cleaned out on the inside. Your computer cpu fan is more that likely dirty. If you are not a tech person you will need to take it to a shop
