I'm making meatloaf. It's in the oven right now. Starting to smell good. I'm stopping this soon so that I can make my potatoes.

I have not even begun to think about dinner for tonight. Pretty soon, I will need to though. Meatloaf sounds good, but my husband will not eat meatloaf, he won't even try mine, and it doesn't taste like a traditional meatloaf. spaghetti is out because we had Alfredo last night. Steak is out because I only like it grilled and it is raining heavily. Boy, I really have no idea what to cook tonight. Maybe tacos, if I have all of the ingredients.

Thanks. I know how hard it can be to come up with something sometimes. Since I've started this discussion, it has been awhile. Tonight I'm going to make something quick because we have a committee meeting at church. I will probably resort to prepackaged fish and salad. My family is not too fussy on nights like this, for which I am grateful.

I love carrot cake. My kids are not big fans so I rarely make it. I sometimes get it when I'm out to eat. Thanks:)
