It is very true that we need rest. I am also a workaholic and spend very little time resting. FOr me, rest comes during those 4 or 5 hours that I am asleep...when I sleep that much. Other than that, I think I may spend one day a month really trying to rest and relax. Unfortunately, when I do try to take that time out, I end up paying for it in the end because things just don't get done.
