If WiFi is indeed harmful to our health, you would see millions of people just keeling over right now in developed cities world wide. WiFi makes use of radio waves, much like your cell phones, televisions and radio. Just because it appears to be a new technology, doesn't mean it might be harmful. Cell phones, radio and television have been around for ages, and as you can see perfectly well, we're all still well and alive, if not I wouldn't be here typing and I'd be hiding in a shelter that blocked all electromagnetic waves. Many urban myths like to perpetuate false rumours about new technologies, just to frighten the public and scare the paranoid. You may have heard of studies that say cell phones (or WiFi) might be harmful to our health, but the truth is that there are even MORE studies saying that cell phones are harmless and can't cause any harm based on the minimal level of exposure. In extreme cases (like everything else, take in moderation), they can be lethal. But as far as research indicates, WiFi or cellphones can't kill you - period. You have a better chance and a greater danger just standing in the sun and developing skin cancer or cataracts.

Hi. Thanx a lot for your response. I like your response. It makes me feel more confident with wifi. Actually before this i heard a lot of people saying that wifi is harmful to us. Then i start suspect is it true. I try to search it online and i cant find any proof that wifi bring health problems to someone. So i am thinking of do the news are true. After reading your respond i agree with what you said. I think that wifi should be harmless to us. Thanx a lot!!! Happy myloting!!! A positive to you.

no...! it can't affect any thing else except digital signals as what i have observed. the moment i turn on our wifi router, the tv begins to display noise, as if i am very from from the source of the signal of the television company... i think it won't affect us because it only passes our body. it can even pass concrete and wooden walls... ahehehehehe

I have not read anything that claims they were affected by it at all. I guess they are harmless at the moment unless proven otherwise. It is like the Cellphopne before many claimed that their brains got affected but so far there has been no scientific evidence that proves so. So I think unless there is evidence to prove it then we might say that these signals are safe for us.

The thing is though, it seems like everything effects our health these days. Too much exercise is apparently bad for you? Even if WIFI did effect your health, there is no way to escape it, it will hunt you down. This is only because WIFI seems to be everywhere at the moment and I see it growing to nearly every business. But the answer to your question is....I don't know sorry.
